As I mentioned in my other post about Samosa’s I hate anything that goes soggy when its been fried. Again, same rules apply to Spring rolls (or Nem in malagasy). These Spring rolls we make are crisp and delicious. They are at their best when freshly served. Similar to the Samosa’s, I enjoy this snack with our homemade fresh chilli dip or for cooler mouths bbq sauce. A little bit of coleslaw on the side never hurt anybody. With every little bite into these Spring rolls is a bit of heaven!
