imageOne of my most favourite Malagasy dishes! Romazava. Now let me explain a little something about how we eat in our country, we like to eat things separately when it comes to stews. SO, here’s the deal, you take your spoon and plunge it into your stew and add it to your rice. You can also add your meat into the stew as well, or (if your anything like me) leave it till the end to enjoy and chew on its own. Romazava can also be cooked with the beef and stew together, however you would never put the stew on top of the rice to serve, the stew always has to be separate to leave the people to do their own thing and add their stew as they like…so yeah! That’s it. Really healthy and simple.
