Smoked Fish broth

IMG_7574Most broth’s I’ve tasted have the usual bland slightly salted taste, not with The Lemur House! You’ll be blown away by the beautiful flavours that are packed into this dish! A drizzle of lemon makes all the difference to top it off. We use our special spicy leaves which are very unique in taste, it’s hard to even begin to describe how it tastes but we call it Felika Mafana in Malagasy. Enjoy and eat your heart out.
